CSCMP is searching for a highly-motivated problem solver with some customer service skills. Responsible for maintaining proficiency with all supported applications. Deliver on department processes and procedures to handle multiple tasks against priorities in the most efficient and timely manner.
Some specific responsibilities would include:
Train, educate, and support staff users as well as initiate preventative technical measures when appropriate.
Serve as a point for escalation to triage, manage and respond to issues through a ticketing process that require communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities to troubleshooting and deliver solutions in a timely/accurate fashion
Manage multiple tasks and redirection of priorities
Identify trends in client-related problems and recommend solutions Work independently, with little supervision, and to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high-level attention to detail
Ability to translate complex business rules and policies into easily understood language
The ideal candidate is highly creative, resourceful, articulate, and energetic with outstanding project and time management skills. He/She is motivated to deliver high standards of quality, performance and internal and external customer service with a 'can-do' spirit. Be flexible, adaptable, and able to work on a wide variety of tasks independently and in a team structure.
Candidate should have the following qualifications and skills:
Knowledge and experience with AMS iMIS 20.2
Experience with SSRS reporting, ATS Online Marketplace and Etouches is a plus
3+ years in an IT supporting role with a desire to help
Ability to pick up and adapt to new software capabilities
Quick learner with ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, hands-on environment
Analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Work effectively under pressure; meet deadlines; organize and prioritize multiple tasks
Attention to detail and maintain a flexible approach to changing priorities and methods
Work independently with little supervision or as part of a team
Candidate should have the ability to travel if needed for up to 3 days per instance, and for the annual conference, approximately seven days. Ability to work overtime upon occasion.
