Member service organization serving CPAs in Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced administrative professional, with excellent communication and customer service skills, to support the Professional & Technical Standards team. This administrative role supports three individuals through a variety of responsibilities, including team office support, data management, meeting planning, and administrative support for the Peer Review process. On the job training will be provided for the technical aspects of this role.
The successful candidate will have a comfort level with MS Office, the ability to work with several databases, interact professionally with members, use critical thinking to resolve problems, and seamlessly switch gears between multiple responsibilities. Individual must be highly committed to providing a positive member experience through timely communication, seamless program execution, and effectively managing multiple responsibilities and project timelines in a fast paced environment.
This member-service focused, organized, and detail-oriented professional will take pride and ownership in their work, seek out information to complete tasks, and maintain frequent communication with each member of the team to keep all projects moving forward. As the support staff for a variety of team and organization initiatives, maintaining frequent communication is key to the success of this position.
Responsibilities: • Assist with peer review program administrative tasks, from enrollment to scheduling, tracking program progress and compliance with deadlines, following up with firms and reviewers to ensure timelines are met and appropriate information is received, reviewing work product received, coordinating committee review of materials, communicating committee decisions, providing information to regulatory bodies, updating and maintaining permanent files; processing bills; preparing annual reports; and monitoring & implementing administrative changes. • Time sensitive data management for multiple systems to comply with mandated processes. • Serve as administrative liaison to multiple committees: schedule meetings and other logistics; coordinate and distribute materials; participate in meetings and document minutes; monitor attendance; and assist with committee initiatives and projects as necessary. • Monitor and respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and mail. • Perform other administrative tasks as needed. • Occasional travel to off-site events.
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree required • Administrative support experience required • 4+ years of experience in professional office environment preferred • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service • Working knowledge of MS Office - ability to learn several databases • Strong written and verbal communications skills • Exceptional attention to detail • Excellent time management skills • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities • Reliable and self-motivated individual, able to work independently with minimal direction

Additional Salary Information: The Peer Review Coordinator is a non-exempt, hourly position. The posted salary is the estimated annualized salary range.
