Position Summary: The Coordinator, Education Programs, will work to support NACD’s educational and professional development goals. He/she will provide support to the Vice President of Membership and Education on programs that are held in-person as well as those held via the web in a variety of formats. This individual will manage multiple, fast-paced projects and must have strong communications and organizational skills.
Support the education team in development and administration of education programs in-person and e-learning programs
Manage all aspects of NACD’s Learning Management System (LMS) including: oversight and implementation of online courses, reporting, and customer support
Troubleshoot NACD’s LMS. Manage integration of data between LMS, database, and website.
Work with NACD committees to create courses in LMS
Write/edit and create course descriptions for the LMS
Assist with speaker relationships, presentation coordination and session content for all NACD educational events
Create and manage evaluations for all NACD educational events (including meetings, webinars, workshops, online programs, etc.)
Write promotional content for member communications on educational offerings
Manage implementation of association webinars including overseeing the technology to deploy the webinars
Manage day-to-day aspects including financial oversight for all executive education related programs
Provide support for Emerging Leaders Program
The ideal candidate will possess the following traits or qualifications:
Team player who supports co-workers
Strong writing skills and communication skills
Strong computer skills
Association and LMS experience is strongly preferred
Exceptional organizational and follow-through abilities
Solid problem solving, analytical, organizational and time management skills
Some travel is required
