This position contributes to the fundraising efforts of the TKE Educational Foundation by supporting the Foundation CEO, Members of the Advancement team and Foundation Board of Directors.
The TKE Educational Foundation is committed to establishing and supporting scholarships and leadership training programs which promote academic achievement and strengthen the moral, social, and community values of our members.
We have a family atmosphere in the workplace and are looking to add a motivated individual to help our team achieve its goals. This position will report directly to the Foundation CEO and help with administrative tasks such as data management, scholarships and special project funds grants. He/she will also be the primary point person for coordinating, communicating, and scheduling board meetings, conference calls and alumni events at our Regional Leadership Conferences. This team member is responsible for coordinating the Foundation’s involvement at the biennial conference (Conclave). Stewardship and communication with donors is a large part of the position, as we want to make sure our donors are taken care of and continue to have a great Fraternity experience.
What are we looking for?
Required – Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of experience
Development/fundraising experience and knowledge of Greek system preferred
Excellent internal and external customer service
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proactive and detail oriented with strong time management
High level of proficiency with the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe)
This full-time position is located in Indianapolis, IN and requires up to 10% of travel. TKE Educational Foundation offers a competitive benefits package including PTO, insurance and 401k.
