Leads the activities of a cross-functional team providing: strategic planning, marketing plan development, multi-channel campaign development/implementation/and analysis support, content development and sales enablement for Joint Commission International to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and maximize revenues for various products and services. Assist with new product development through the identification of new markets, distribution channels, and evaluation of strategies.
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing or marketing-related concentration. Master’s degree or advanced certifications in various marketing disciplines a plus (i.e., Digital Marketing, etc.).
At least 5-7 years of progressive experience in marketing specialist role and proven performance in strategic planning, sales, and promotion, direct marketing, and marketing research. Experience with Salesforce, marketing automation software including Marketo highly preferred. International marketing experience preferred.

The organizational ability to lead and manage multiple complex projects with tight deadlines.
High level of skill strategic planning, with emphasis on business planning and marketing management.
Well-developed analytical skills for assessing and evaluating situations that involve planning activities and/or problem solving.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to analyze financial and business environment considerations affecting Joint Commission International products and services.
Ability to travel up to 25%, as needed. Some international travel may be required.
