Provide oversight, administration, and support of business systems performing requirements analysis, design, implementation, data governance, security, integration, training, business intelligence reporting, and operational services.
Essential Duties of Position
Lead the implementation, maintenance, and administration of the organization's AMS and related systems.
Develop, enhance, and maintain functional and technical business requirements for AMS in collaboration with department staff.
Lead the design, set-up, and configuration of AMS in collaboration with department staff and service providers.
Administrate and maintain system security configuration, parameters, user accounts, and third-party integration.
Build and foster relationships with internal staff and third-party service providers.
Design, implement, and maintain system end-user training and adoption programs.
Develop and maintain effective AMS best practices, standards, procedures, and documentation.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control mechanisms to ensure high level of data integrity for systems.
Manage and maintain system interfaces and integration connections.
Identify, recommend, implement, and document system and business process improvements.
Perform data manipulations such as data imports and exports.
Develop and deploy standard queries, reports, and dashboards.
Troubleshoot and resolve systems functionality, technology, integration, and performance issues.
Assist with data entry and automation, when necessary.
Function as project manager for all AMS initiatives.

Working understanding of SQL, query tools, database concepts
Understanding of system security, quality assurance, business intelligence concepts, project management.

Ability to provide constructive feedback on assignments
Effective oral and written communications skills
Minimum Education Required: B.S. degree in Information Systems or similar; or degree with equivalent relevant experience. SalesForce Certification(s) a plus.
Minimum Experience Required: 2 years' hands-on experience working with non-profit/association management systems/services such as AMS, LMS, FMS, CMS, CRM. Experience with Nimble AMS a plus.
2 years’ experience working with query/reporting/analysis tools such as SQL, Business Objects, SAS, SPS, or Tableau.
2 years’ experience providing customer service, managing projects, providing quality assurance, business analysis, analytics, delivering presentations and testing.
