In an era of big changes in the field of early care and education and many pressures on family child care providers, NAFCC seeks a new Executive Director who will ensure that our members receive excellent value and support, represent our membership effectively on the national stage, actively seek new funding, and oversee day-to-day operations.
Executive Leadership Opportunity
NAFCC is seeking an Executive Director (E.D.) who will provide excellent stewardship of day-to-day operations while carrying out a vision of growth and opportunity through partnership with other organizations in the early care and education field. Increasing revenue and developing fund-raising streams are essential responsibilities. The E.D. works with the management team to oversee financial and administrative systems, including information technology and human resources, and will be accountable for program quality and organizational stability.
