We are currently seeking a Chapter Relations Manager who understands the connection between chapter success and the member experience. In this highly visible role, you would have the opportunity to showcase your passion for providing high-level strategic support to IREM Association Executives (IAEs) and for managing key elements of chapter relations and volunteer leaders.
Some specific responsibilities include:
Managing strategy and delivering programming for IAE relations, communications and training.
Collaborating with IAE Work Group in serving as a strategic advisory board on areas of chapter management and priority needs
Managing relations and programs with chapter volunteer leaders, IAEs and chapter staff.
Overseeing the senior leadership visit program and collaborating with chapters on visits that promote the IREM brand and maximize corporate engagement.
Assisting supervisor with developing content and programming for Regional Meetings.
Maintaining/updating governing documents related to chapter management, providing consultation and support for chapters.
Developing prioritization plan for chapter management areas most in need of support and collaborates with supervisor on implementing training, resources, and tools.
Creating strategy for and managing chapter services section on IREM website, assuring materials are updated on a regular basis.
Collaborating with supervisor and customer and member services team in assisting chapters with building membership consistency; identifying ways to make path to membership more accessible and streamlined; and ensuring quality customer experience for members through all touchpoints within the organization.
What We Need From You
To be considered for this exciting role, we require a minimum of five years of related professional experience. Prior experience in chapter relations/services in an association management environment strongly preferred. Critical thinking and a strong customer service mindset.
