Your Core Contributions To The Team
Counsel candidates and designees on applying, attaining, and maintaining membership
Answer questions regarding applications for candidacy and designation.
Review status regarding completion of the education requirements.
Answer questions regarding member benefits, login issues and website navigation.
Recommend options for students to satisfy CCIM designation education requirements including Fast Track membership options and sequence of education requirements.
Proactively monitor progress of students throughout the designation education process.
Advise students on commercial real estate education opportunities.
Identify CCIM education products and services appropriate to the student’s stated interests and background.
Communicate CCIM’s multiple delivery formats and guide student choice of learning method.
Assist students with registration for CCIM education programs.
Provide guidance in course preparation to ensure students are aware of pre-course technology requirements and education pre-study resources.
Minimum two years of university, community college, or associate degree preferred.

Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organization skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must maintain the highest standards of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality.
Interacts with a wide variety of people using tact and diplomacy.
Exercises attention to detail.
Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Some travel and weekend/overtime may be required.
