The Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) is recruiting for a Coordinator, Educational Programs reporting to the Director, Educational Programs.

To support the Educational Programs team in conference logistics, systems administration, attendee communication and volunteer stewardship.
The core functions of this position include but are not limited to the following:
Create and maintain conference data systems, to include product creation in Association Management System (Personify).
Update speaker and attendee records and reports as needed
Assist Specialist, Educational Programs with populating community libraries.
Regularly review website and other marketing channels for accuracy and assist Managers, Educational Programs with edits, updates and corrections where necessary.
Conduct initial review and submission of promotional material.
Assist in monitoring and implementing conference volunteer recognition and award programs.
Assist with local conferences onsite and provide conference assistance in the office as needed.
Create draft banquet orders, confirm initial contact and request menu and pick-up information from conference hotels.
Assist with preparation for onsite program materials (physical and virtual).
Fiscal Management/Budget Responsibilities/Judicious Use of Resources
Exercise fiscal responsibility in the use of all CASE resources.
Exhibit appropriate leadership toward and work cooperatively and supportively with all volunteer groups for which this position is responsible.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer support when interacting with conference attendees and CASE volunteers.
Participate in weekly meetings with the Educational Programs team.
Collaborate with colleagues managing CASE conferences, workshops and institutes in other parts of the world to ensure the best sharing of ideas, expertise and knowledge.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Two (2) to three (3) years’ work experience in project coordination within a customer-service environment required.
A demonstrated interest in advancing education in the not-for-profit sector.
A strong commitment to contributing to an organizational culture that celebrates diversity and inclusion.
An understanding of and interest in engaging with a broad range of cultures and countries.
Must exhibit superior customer service skills and the ability to interact effectively with a variety of constituents, both internal and external.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, that allow engagement with levels of all stakeholders within an organization.
Must have technical proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and database programs. Personify experience a plus.
Experience making webpage updates and content implementation preferred.
Good interpersonal skills proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams to accomplish goals and meet deadlines.
A pro-active and can-do attitude, even when working under pressure and with all levels of staff.
