Director of Membership wanted to work on one or two clients for a growing AMC. Working closely with the Executive Director, the client is responsible for all aspects of client membership including day to day membership management, membership recruitment/retainment, member services, marketing, liaison with Board and committees, financial management and communications. Minimum of five to seven years’ experience in non-profit management
Excellent communication skills
Outstanding customer service
Proficiency in membership database(s)
Proven success in a membership organization
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and Web Platforms
Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) a plus
