The Executive Assistant to the President of PDA provides high level administrative support and performs administrative duties for the President and other Senior leadership as needed. Duties include project management, meeting management and logistics. Manage the internal processes regarding the Board of Directors, to include logistics and project management of meetings, scheduling & website management. Proficient at effectively managing workload to meet deadlines, function effectively in a highly charged executive environment. Requires mastery of Microsoft Office and other computer programs, and capable of preparing presentations.
