The Housing Manager, Events & Conferences will serve as a lead for Housing/Hotel management on several small and large-scale events, simultaneously. This position manages hotel and housing process of events in their entirety, room blocks, VIPs, in some cases as an independent contributor and in other cases leading a team of one or more people. Housing Manager will need to work hand in hand with other members of Registration Department on projects and ensure that planning schedules are met, budgets are balanced, correct eShow processes are being implemented, and that client needs are anticipated and exceeded.
This is a client-facing role, which will work directly alongside Event Managers - Registration, hotel contacts, and various other production department personnel to deliver unforgettable experiences and ‘WOW’ our global client base.
3+ Years of Housing/Hotel room block management experience involving multiple venues and peak nights in excess of 5K attendees for large conferences is preferred or experience in hotel management.
Experience in hotel management.
3-4 Years of Management-level experience in a relevant role is desired, depending on type of experience.
Proven experience in managing or supporting high-touch projects or events successfully from concept to execution
Bachelor's Degree desired.
