The office managers role is to provide office support to the executive director and assist in managing member services.
Duties and responsibilities • Scheduling and tracking continuing education. • Prepare/Processing Accounts Payable and Receivables • Update Association Management software • Website updates • Assist with planning/execution of: Convention, Summer conference • Ability to meet and work effectively with the members/public. • Some travel required • Answer phones and greet visitors and members that come to the office. • Handle/sort mail • Provide general member services to include managing dues renewals and updating member information • Handle general and specialized mailers • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications • 2 years of work experience and/or 2 years of college • Strong customer service skills • Proficient computer skills • Organizational skills • Detail-oriented • Good communication skills • Multi-tasking • QuickBooks knowledge • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
