The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing prompt and efficient responses to all internal and external customers. This position supports the goals of the department and the mission of ASM.
Corresponds with members for processing payments and updating demographics
Creates invoices and receipts for membership, subscriptions and other products as needed
Provides accurate information to customers about ASM’s programs, products and services
Maintains accuracy of data in the system through multiple resources
Assists in resolving member and customer issues via detailed instruction, collaboration with other departments or escalation to IT as necessary
Performs other duties as assigned
2 years customer Service Experience
NetForum experience is a plus
Experience with a non-profit
