The E-Learning Specialist works closely with ACOEM staff by entering content in the Learning Management System (LMS) for a variety of departments and contributes to the development, delivery, and technical direction for ACOEM’s on-demand, online education. Coordinates all aspects of ACOEM’s webinar program.
Build new courses and course content; modify existing courses and course content in the LMS
Provide support to LMS users (staff and members)
Assist in the development of LMS administration protocols
Meet delivery dates for content from multiple constituencies
Coordinate all details of ACOEM webinars including confirming faculty, collecting required documents, setting up in Zoom, moderating, and handling post-webinar items.
Collaborate closely with the Education Team
Other duties as assigned
1-3 years of experience in online education and/or LMS administration
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
Passion for creating exceptional learning experiences
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently and effectively while meeting deadlines on multiple concurrent projects
Ability to work cooperatively with staff at all levels of the organization
