As the Senior Manager, Membership Marketing, you will create and implement membership initiatives aimed at increasing ACG member loyalty, retention and acquisition. You will work closely with all internal teams to maximize the scope of ACG’s total reach and fine-tune the member journey in order to grow and nurture ACG’s membership network.
Build and run highly targeted marketing programs designed to accelerate ACG members and the larger community to become more engaged – with the ultimate goal of recruiting prospective members to join, and current members to renew.
Work with the events team to drive registration initiatives for upcoming ACG HQ-driven events and oversee process for new member acquisition via event attendance.
Partner with the event and media teams to create and run integrated marketing campaigns for membership growth, retention and reactivation.
Develop and nurture membership/audience segments for enhanced personalization efforts across the ACG network.
Draft digital marketing/promotional copy for membership/marketing campaigns as needed.
Analyze monthly membership reporting to develop insights and pinpoint opportunities.
Develop and promote group membership options for current and prospective ACG members
Interact with members as needed to garner feedback and provide guidance to maximize the benefit suite at the individual level
Work with operations team to improve data hygiene/data integrity for optimal campaign performance
Minimum of 5 years digital marketing experience
Strong digital marketer, adept in creating and executing successful campaigns that deliver on stated goals
Strong internal and external written and verbal communication skills
Able to analyze data to uncover meaningful insights that are actionable
Customer service orientation – a mentality that thoughtfully considers and prioritizes the customer/user experience
Familiarity/experience using the following platforms: netFORUM, Higher Logic, Sprout Social, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions
