Assistive Technology Industry Association (ATIA) is seeking a dynamic, experienced team member to become our Manager of Online Education Programs to lead us in new directions with our Online Learning products.
ATIA is a world-class not for profit industry association where educational content plays a vital role in advancing ATIA’s mission to serve as the collective voice of the assistive technology (AT) industry so that the best products and services are delivered to people with disabilities.
ATIA is recognized as a leader in the field of Assistive Technology professional development with its annual in-person conference, virtual events, and on-demand learning center.

ABOUT THE ROLE
In this newly created position, the successful candidate must have deep experience in online learning environments, marketing & engagement strategies for the advancement of our digital programs, and a commitment to understanding the AT industry and the broader communities we serve.
Specifically, this role will be responsible for the following:
Expand ATIA’s community engagement around AT Education and Learning.
Support ATIA’s Strategic Goals and manage the programs’ budgets.
Oversee and manage Virtual Events and Online Learning Center, working with both internal staff, external speakers, and other stakeholders, including ATIA Member companies.
Investigate and implement strategies for ATIA within new markets.
Build, maintain, and track all courses, materials, and events within the learning management system (LMS).
Work across ATIA teams to leverage the ATIA in-person event to support the learning center.
Continually assess, adjust, and redesign the overall learner experience to ensure that ATIA is delivering high quality programs.
Lead the development and implementation of the ATIA Subscription program.
Create and implement Subscription sales strategy and marketing plan (with the ATIA Marketing team support).
Support Subscribers and maintain a strong renewal program.
Work with COO to co-manage the ATIA CEU program.
Create reporting systems for internal, ATIA Board and external audiences.
This position is fully remote and reports to the Chief Executive Officer. You must have a willingness to travel for a small percentage of the time for quarterly association meetings, team-building events, etc.
The ideal candidate will have not only experience with online learning but also should have the following attributes and education:
Enthusiasm to work with a passionate cause-driven team.
Enjoys working remotely and able to build team relationships in a virtual environment.
Can demonstrate growing leadership experiences.
Strategic and operational approach, strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; results oriented.
Ability to manage and analyze data trends and statistics to assist in a data driven decision making process.
5+ Years working in a similar role or within an association or not for profit organization.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
