NAHB, the largest trade association in the residential construction industry, is seeking a dynamic B2B professional to help lead the management and growth of the member savings program, a collection of national brands offering discounts to members and revenue to the association.
This manager owns the day-to-day program management and relationship with these programs, ensuring the program success and royalty targets for the association. They will help optimize and expand existing programs as well as prospect, negotiate, and contract with prospective companies. They will further drive revenue and program success through sponsorship and advertising sales to existing programs.
They will work collaboratively with staff from local and state home builder associations across the federation to ensure program education, adoption and compliance with program requirements. They will collaborate internally with communications and marketing teams to ensure the member savings programs are communicated through print and digital media.
Candidates must thrive on details, organization and multi-tasking while at the same time always taking a strategic approach. They will be a team-player, strong negotiator, and have a demonstrated ability to develop and execute creative solutions to complex problems. Self-starter and ability to run with projects is a must.
Prior B2B sales experience preferred and a solid understanding of proposals, contracts, basic financial analysis, CRM, and marketing. Association, sponsorship or advertising sales, and/or home building industry experience is a plus.
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree from a four-year university and three years of relevant work experience is required.
