IAVM is seeking a skilled customer service professional who enjoys communicating with members and prospects. This person helps support the evolution of the IAVM member journey to become more active, engaged, and educated by taking full advantage of professional development opportunities offered by the association. The Membership Engagement Manager will develop tools to highlight the value of membership across all membership categories and actively pursue nonmember venues and personnel to become members of IAVM. Daily tasks will include customer service outreach, assist with development of recruitment and retention campaigns includes tracking and reporting of results.
