Secured Finance Network (SFNet) is seeking a full-time Member Services Administrator to work remotely. The Member Services Administrator will be an energetic and organized individual who will work with the Marketing Operations & Chapter Relations teams to assist in researching and updating client contact information, billing/invoicing processing, supporting SFNet's Chapter Administrators in maintaining chapter membership records and providing web related assistance. This position will work closely with both Chapter Leaders, Administrators and SFNet’s Marketing team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Research and maintain customer records in the database of record.
Research company listings and correct outdated information, data and demographics
Support the Marketing team in list development for targeted marketing campaigns
Work with SFNet’s sales and marketing team on billing, invoicing and maintaining contract records.
Act as point of contact for volunteer boards.
Provide website support with issues as it relates to event creation and registration.
Maintain calendar of activities and regularly update listings of events and officers on SFNet’s Web site.
Provide tech support and customer service assistance to our members.
Prior experience and knowledge of the processes used to develop and maintain a contact database is desirable. A willingness to learn and step into a fast-paced, detail-oriented job is required.
Excellent written, oral presentation skills.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree; marketing or related
Database/Contact list maintenance is a big plus
Professional experience in an administrative position that includes communication, record keeping, and detail management
Experience in a membership organization and with volunteers a plus;
Computer literacy of MS Office products required and experience with NetForum is required
