Provide high-level administrative coordination and support to the COO and executive team. Must be able to take direction well and execute tasks and manage projects efficiently, and with exceptional attention to detail. Must be a team-player and have the ability to adapt to fast-paced environment. Must possess the skill-set necessary to prioritize projects and multi-task with a can-do attitude. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Providing general administrative office support to executive level managers Welcome, greet, and direct all guests with a friendly demeanor and professionalism Sharing main line phone coverage duties Providing a wide range of project assistance to executive management and other team members.
