This position will be responsible for coordinating data and research and assisting with the coordinating of PDA activities for the Science & Regulatory Affairs and Membership Services departments.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist in PDA Research and survey projects (design, deployment, analysis, and publication)
Assists the PDA staff in document control, database management, reporting/tracking
Maintain and provide reports from internal PDA databases
Maintain portion of the PDA website with assistance from S&RA and Membership Services staff
Assists the S&RA and Membership Services departments with coordinating PDA activities
Assist with the administration of the S&RA recognition programs for authors and Advisory Boards
Coordinate S&RA ancillary meeting requests with programs and meeting department
Coordinate conference calls/meetings in support of specific activities or teams.
May perform other tasks as requested by PDA staff as approved by the department head
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 4 years equivalent experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
