The successful candidate will take a lead role managing APHA’s brand and be responsible for developing APHA’s online strategies, integrating existing tools to achieve better engagement and developing new media initiatives. Deputy Director of Marketing will report to the Director of Strategic Communications and works with colleagues across APHA to coordinate all marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated record of success as an online communicator, including a proven track record of establishing external communications plans, engaging, and growing supporter lists, working collaboratively across departments, and using social media to enhance reach.
