To support this journey, we have created a new role on our team—data analyst. We are looking for someone to ensure that the high-quality data needed to make decisions is easily accessible and understandable.
In this exciting role, you would showcase your expertise by: •serving as a strategic data expert when collaborating with internal teams, assisting them in finding and utilizing data-based answers to their questions.
•leading our Google Analytics design and implementation with an understanding of the metrics to be met.
•assisting with the management, maintenance, quality control, and development of our data analytics platform.
•analyzing enterprise data, identifying trends, and providing recommendations to IREM stakeholders based on your data interpretation.
•conducting competitor analysis and providing recommendations.
•leading our data governance cross-functional committee which works to maintain and improve data integrity and security.
•finding new ways of gathering and incorporating new datasets into our data warehouse.
Let your skills shine
To be successful in this role, we’d like those interested to have:
• minimum of two years’ experience using a data analytics or business intelligence platform (SAP Business Objects, Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting software).
• experience in data analysis and preparation of data reports.
•familiarity with survey tools and Association Analytics’ Acumen.
•proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics and data query/data management tools (Power Pivot, Power Query, SQL).
•Bachelor’s degree in business, IT or related field is preferred.
•critical thinking and analytical skills; strong project management skills; and the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with other team members.
•a strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
•excellent writing, verbal, and problem-solving skills.
•superb attention to detail
