The National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) is seeking a Vice President of Exhibits to oversee all of its national and international live events and conference exhibits. This position is located in Washington, DC with generous telecommute options. NBAA offers generous benefits and a collegial work environment in the heart of the nation’s capital.
As the Vice President of Exhibits, you will manage all operations related to exhibits including the configuration, display floor, exhibitor relations, lottery, rules, and regulations. This position is a member of the Executive Team and supports NBAA’s vision, values, and goals through thought leadership, strategic planning, budget management, and participation in cross functional teams on projects that affect the association and the industry.
Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of ten years of experience managing an exhibit floor and exhibitors. This position requires experience in creatively designing exhibit hall floor plans to optimize space and increase revenues and proven skill in developing and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external customers. APIC is seeking individuals with proficiency in Google suite products, Sales Force, AutoCad, and Map-My-Show computer programs. Knowledge of the business aviation industry is a plus.
