The Illinois Bankers Association (IBA) is seeking a MANAGER of Events and Future Leaders Alliance. Individual will plan, develop, and administer all major conferences and some special events. Duties include facilities negotiations, budget management, and all meeting planning functions. The position will Manage all aspects of the Future Leaders Alliance (FLA) program and serve as the program liaison to the FLA Board of Directors. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in event management, including hybrid/virtual meetings, and will manage multiple projects, be detail oriented, adhere to strict deadlines, possess excellent communication and writing skills, and have a strong work ethic with a commitment to high quality and service excellence.
