We are actively seeking a full-time, experienced Operations Lead to oversee a team of Network Systems and Support consultants at our largest client site. The Operations Lead will be responsible for the personnel management as well as the day-to-day operations, quality assurance, and incident management. They will look for ways we can improve our services to the client and coach team members to meet those standards. This is a great position for an IT professional with experience managing a team and working in dynamic and challenging situations. *This role will require being onsite in the Farragut Square area of DC five days a week.
