We are actively recruiting for a Communications and Customer Service Coordinator to join the team. This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Operations and assumes responsibility for managing communications and marketing efforts and coordinating day-to-day frontline service. As a member of the NGMA team, you will play a key role in NGMA’s trainings/meetings.
