Overview The Program Manager is responsible for implementing, managing, and tracking day-to-day operations for Certification Board of Infection Control and Epidemiology, Inc (CBIC). Day-to-day operations include but is not limited to: working with testing company, reviewing certification applications & recertification portfolios, serving as a liaison to a variety of CBIC committees, creating & maintaining SOP’s, maintain CBIC orientation manual for new Board members, drafting minutes of the Executive Committee and Board conference calls, and providing back-up for general phone calls and emails.
