An international association is looking for a part-time (30 hrs/week) seasoned and well-organized accountant who can handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, bank reconciliation, and general accounting functions. Candidate would be responsible for working with an outside audit firm each spring and should have experience working with auditors. The accountant should have working knowledge with sales & use tax, credit card processing (Authorize.net), wire accounts, and general office insurance (business casualty, workers comp, etc). Candidate needs to be comfortable working in a small office environment, both independently and on a team. Duties include phone/email interaction with members and working with outside vendors. Knowledge of Sage 100 or Sage Intacct is preferred. Accountant can set their 30/hour week schedule.
