The Society of Certified Senior Advisors (SCSA) is currently seeking an experienced Member Services Coordinator. This is a full-time position located in SCSA’s Denver office. The Member Services Coordinator’s primary functions are to onboard new certified members, facilitate recertification of existing certified persons, and maintain an accurate database of certified persons. The Member Services Coordinator welcomes and educates new credential holders regarding the availability and use of benefits associated with being credentialed and manages the maintenance of certification and recertification processes. The Member Services Coordinator revokes persons’ credentials who do not meet maintenance of certification or recertification requirements and updates the Customer Relationship Man
