Do you have advanced experience with association management systems (AMS) or customer relationship management (CRM) software? Are you looking for an opportunity to combine your technical and project management skills to deliver innovative solutions?

If you would value contributing to an organization that is making a difference, The Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists (ADCES) is currently searching for a Business Analyst.

In this position, you will support ADCES, a professional association that relies heavily on AMS/CRM software by:

• Effectively managing projects by developing plans that include scope/budget/resource management, timelines (activities & task planning), communications and risk management, QA and testing, user training, implementation oversight, and follow up support.
• Accurately assessing risks associated with each solution design/project.
• Performing analysis and requirement gathering techniques that include data gathering and business modeling methods.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 5 years of business analyst experience with desktop and web-based applications.
• 3-5+ years of experience with an AMS or CRM; NetForum experience highly preferred. Software development testing experience required.
• SQL and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) experience preferred.
