The International Association for Dental Research and American Association for Dental, Oral, and Craniofacial Research seek a creative, flexible, detail oriented Membership Engagement Manager.  This position is well suited for a mission driven, dynamic, high energy, and highly productive professional. 

This position is designated as management-level “exempt” under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

The Membership Engagement Manager is responsible for overseeing all membership activities including reporting, analysis and data management as well as implementation of IADR/AADOCR’s strategy for membership recruitment and retention. 

Specific duties include:

• Nimble/Salesforce Administrator for IADR/AADOCR
• Staff liaison to Nimble and other third-party vendors
• Provide training and tools to staff in Nimble
• Develop and oversee strategies and tools to increase and retain members.
• Collaborates with staff to manage process improvements and relevant projects.
• Provides support to senior leadership.
• Maintain the data integrity of member records.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree and three years’ association/non-profit experience in a relevant position
• Salesforce and/or Nimble experience required
• Strong oral and written communication skills with a customer service orientation required.
• Strong serve orientation with the ability to work independently as part of a team.
• Motivated self-starter with excellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously required.
• Excellent organizational and project prioritization skills.
• Ability to travel 2-3 times per year.
