Summary
NCGA is looking for a Membership Operations Manager to support our Membership Insights and Engagement team in meeting our goals of optimizing technology to enable effective member engagement. This position will be responsible for managing a portfolio of insights and engagement systems and helping team members utilize data to enable strategic member engagement.
Reports to: NCGA Director of Member Insights and Engagement
Duties and Responsibilities
Information Systems Management (60%)
Manage a portfolio of insights and engagement systems including but not limited to; NimbleAMS – built on Salesforce, Constant Contact, Cvent, and EzTexting
Strengthen technology literacy across NCGA departments
Equip NCGA staff with systems to draw insights that drive decisions
Assist the Director of Member Insights and Engagement in ad hoc data analysis
Continuously improve data quality
Proactively review functionality, workflow, and reporting
Customer Service and Satisfaction (30%)
Ownership over software management, team enablement, and continuous improvement
Equip state chapters with functionality that draws insights that drives decisions
Provide support to state chapters to ensure proper adoption and implementation of information systems
Member Benefits (10%)
Manage NCGA Member Benefits including member communities, member perks, and continuing education
Qualifications and Skills
Experience using Salesforce CRM software
Uses critical thinking skills to solve the problem in front of them
Seeks to improve programs and procedures using technology
Collaborates effectively across teams and stakeholders
Focusses on continuous improvement
Proficiency in MS Excel/ Google Sheets
Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree and 2-years of relevant experience OR 6-years of relevant experience
Experience using Salesforce CRM software
Experience working with membership-based associations is a plus
Travel
Requires travel (20%). Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
