Are you a creative and strategic thinker who has experience with association learning management systems?
Come join the Association of Child Life Professionals, the nonprofit organization advancing the field of child life and fostering excellence in child life professionals through engagement in education, scientific inquiry, and innovation. They are seeking a Director of Education to join the senior leadership team and build educational programming from the ground up.

As the Director of Education, you will provide strategic and operational management for ACLP’s educational offerings and program standards. You will support educational objectives by providing oversight of the planning and strategy of ACLP’s educational programs, services, and products, including face-to-face conferences, virtual conferences, online courses, webinars, and print resources, such as manuals, textbooks, and guides. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer and supervises the Manager of Education.
Qualified candidates offer:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6 years of experience in educational program design, adult learning principles, learning management systems, & outcomes management
- 3 years of supervisory experience
- Previous certification, accreditation, or standards experience in a professional association
- Strong working knowledge of learning management systems & association management databases
