Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center is looking to hire an Event Services Manager with a high standard for customer service to lead the dedicated staff within the Event Services team. This is responsible professional supervisory and event coordination work developing operational policies, systems and procedures, and performing and/or overseeing the performance of all event service activities. The work is characterized by great attention to detail, the exercise of independent judgment, overall supervision of events, the coordination of multiple tasks at one time, collaboration with other work units within and outside the Convention Center, and maintenance of high standards of customer service.
