The CEO is responsible for the delivery of all programs, products, and services and the effective overall daily operation of MAAR and the MLS.  In addition, CEO will: Develop strong relationships with MAAR Officers, volunteer leaders and members, and build trust levels amongst all Cooperatively work closely with the Board of Directors to seek approval for programs, products, services, and policies Collaboratively work with staff to implement Board of Directors-approved programs, products, services, and policies Organize and plan the day-to-day operations of the Association; responsible for all personnel matters Offer strategic insight and suggest actions that will advance MAAR’s effectivenes
