ACMA is seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Events Coordinator to support the planning and execution of our workshops, conferences, webinars, and our flagship event, CAMX.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in event management while supporting cutting-edge industry events. You’ll handle registration logistics, sponsorship coordination, speaker support, and much more — all while being part of a mission-driven team. This is a hybrid position working in Arlington, Va. 

Key Responsibilities

? Manage event registrations and troubleshoot participant issues
? Support sponsor fulfillment and exhibitor communications
? Assist with logistics — from venue research to shipping and on-site setup
? Coordinate speaker communications and webinar execution
? Handle department-level administrative and accounting tasks
? Travel to events (1–3 times/year) and provide on-site support

You’ll Succeed In This Role If You Have:

• 1–3 years of experience in event coordination or related fields
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and stay organized
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Experience with event registration platforms (a plus, but not required)
• A positive attitude and problem-solving mindset

Education & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred OR 3 years of relevant experience
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs and move quickly at event venues
