SUMMARY The Senior Program Manager, Certification Operations, is the subject matter expert for NACDs certification systems, processes, and procedures used by NACDs members and NACD team members throughout the certification journey.  This position configures, operates, and maintains the credentialing management system. This critical role enables an efficient certification journey for NACDs members. The role constantly collaborates with internal team members to deliver a world-class experience for NACD members.
