REPORTS TO: Senior Director, Marketing
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Requirements
Manage and update website content using a content management system (CMS).
Craft and execute engaging social media campaigns that connect with our target audiences.
Develop copy for newsletter and blog articles, emails and social media posts.
Create and implement methods for tracking and evaluating success and impact for assigned projects.
Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors as needed.
Help prepare and monitor the marketing budget on an annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
Learn our data structure to develop audience list segments for email.
Create and monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
Qualifications
Four-year college degree (or equivalent) plus 1-2 years of work experience.
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint), project management platforms (e.g. WorkZone) and website content management systems.
Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing and social media marketing.
Working knowledge of HTML, design and email software.
