How you’ll make a difference
You will be responsible for operational and tactical support for the development, implementation, and maintenance of key volunteer programs (ex. LIM, LIMC) and systems (ex. LMS, VRMS). Administering PMI initiatives and programs that directly support PMI volunteers in current and future roles, ensuring positive experiences for volunteers aligned with current and future organization needs. Processing updates and recommendations and assuring implementation of needed internal and external policies and processes to support continuous improvement in service and engagement between PMI, chapters and volunteers.
What you’ll bring to the role
Bachelor’s degree in business, education or other related field. Equivalent experience may be considered
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a service industry setting; volunteer/client programs administration or training & development experience preferred.
Ability to work as a team member of major projects and initiatives with multi-discipline internal and external team members.
Demonstrated ability working with customers, volunteer leaders and external organizations from diverse cultures and backgrounds with a track record of positive relationships with material outcomes.
Demonstrated strength with digital technologies, including knowledge and use of Microsoft Office products; experience with Tableau or similar data analytics and management system required
Ability to proof read large documents (100-200 pages).
Experience of working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment
Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in the business language for PMI (English)
