The Member Services Specialist supports all membership and membership marketing strategies. Responsible for providing exceptional member service to all members and prospects. Executes the recruitment of all new members to CNS and monitors application process. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following: Serves as a point of contact for inquiries related to CNS Membership, providing the best service through effective communication of comprehensive and detailed information. Responsible for the monitoring and administering of membership dues payments; supports annual membership renewal and billing process.
