Administrative Specialist
Position Summary The Administrative Specialist is responsible for supporting and assisting the Executive Director and Deputy Executive Director with administrative tasks related to the association’s administration, governance, and operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide administrative support to national leadership, committees, and affiliated organizations, including, but not limited to, attending meetings, preparing and distributing materials, processing reimbursements, maintaining rosters, and scheduling meetings and conference calls Coordinate logistics for the board of directors meetings including site selection, rooming list, catering and audio visual, and evening events
